Horisont’s course consists of both classroom sessions with self-study lectures, air simulation (ATR Simulator), and on-aircraft practical training. As a future pilot, you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge ranging from ATR Type Rating to ATR Delta courses. ou will meet a committed and dedicated trainer team, who take pride in training new pilots and sharing their knowledge and long experience. We aim to have you licensed and ready within 2 months (total of 29 days of base training and practice flights). If you have previous experience or have knowledge of ATR difference courses, we can supplement the discrepancies.
Horisont’s aircraft training fleet is composed of both the classic ATR-500 and the new ATR-600, having the possibility to get licensed for both. While the two aircraft are virtually similar, the main differences lie within the cockpit of the ATR-600, which is an all-glass one, as opposed to a mix of mechanical and electronic displays on the ATR-500.
